42. Medication or chiropractic treatment expenses are allocated to a student who furnishes supporting documents to substantiate the payment of medications on the list of insured medications drawn up by the Minister of Health and Social Services under section 60 of the Act respecting prescription drug insurance (chapter A-29.01) or chiropractic treatments prescribed by a physician or a specialized nurse practitioner, if such expenses incurred for the benefit of the student, his or her child or spouse’s child are not otherwise reimbursed.
Expenses for medications or chiropractic treatments correspond to the amount by which $16 exceeds the monthly expense.
